Project Overview

Located in Highgate, this development comprises grouped dwellings positioned to capture uninterrupted views across Hyde Park. The design responds to the established architectural character of the area, drawing from the local vernacular while introducing a contemporary residential offering.

A key focus of the project is intergenerational living, with the design challenging traditional housing typologies to better support evolving occupant needs. Flexible floor planning allows for adaptable use over time, accommodating changing lifestyles while maintaining a high level of amenity.

The proposal also considers both social and environmental sustainability, prioritising long-term liveability and connection to place. The result is a development that balances contextual response with forward-thinking design, supporting residents across different life stages within a highly desirable inner-city setting.
