We begin with a short phone call to get a feel for your project, where you’re at, and what you’d like us to review.
Send through your plans + brief
You’ll then send us your floor plan, any supporting drawings, and any specific concerns on your mind.
We review and refine
We go through everything with fresh architectural eyes and prepare a draft floor plan with our feedback and recommendations. This usually takes up to two weeks.
Final layout delivered
Once we’ve received your thoughts on our amendments, we refine the layout further and send through the final version – usually within one week.

How long does it take?
Once we’ve had our phone call and received your design brief, floor plans, and any relevant documentation, it typically takes up to two weeks to prepare your draft floor plan.
Once we receive your feedback, we aim to deliver your final layout within one week.
What if I don’t have a floor plan?
You may be lucky enough to find an online real estate floor plan for your home.
If not, we can arrange a site measure and spend time documenting the key dimensions of the space before beginning the review process.
Can I give this layout to my builder?
The layouts we provide as part of Design Review are intended as concept floor plans only and are not suitable for construction.
If you need technical drawings for building or approvals, we can chat about the best next step or point you in the right direction.
Does the service include face-to-face meetings?
To keep the service efficient and cost-effective, Design Review does not include face-to-face meetings beyond the initial phone call.
