Located in Dalkeith, this grouped dwelling development comprises five bespoke residences designed to introduce a refined, high-density housing offering within one of Perth’s established inner-city neighbourhoods. Enabled by recent zoning changes, the project responds to growing demand for diverse housing options, appealing to a range of occupants including young professionals, families and downsizers seeking proximity to established amenity.

The architecture draws from the eclectic character of Nedlands and Dalkeith, where contemporary and mid-century influences sit alongside more traditional forms. The result is a built form that feels both familiar and distinct, combining a rich material palette with soft, curvilinear elements. Set within established vegetation and framed by mature trees, the development balances presence and restraint while contributing to the evolving streetscape.

Internally and externally, the residences prioritise flexibility, liveability and long-term adaptability. Efficient spatial planning reduces unnecessary circulation while maximising usable floor area, with ground floor bedrooms, home office spaces and provision for lifts supporting ageing-in-place. All dwellings are dual aspect, with living areas extending into generous landscaped zones, reinforcing a strong connection to outdoor space while supporting passive design principles, privacy and long-term performance.
