Project Team
Project Overview
Located in Karratha, the Vesta Project is a large-scale residential development delivering over 100 homes to support the operational workforce of Project Ceres, alongside additional housing for the local community. The project responds to a critical need for permanent, locally based accommodation, contributing to the region’s long-term growth and reducing reliance on fly-in fly-out workforce models.
Delivered across multiple stages, the development is designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing urban fabric while supporting a more connected and sustainable community. The planning approach prioritises liveability, accessibility and long-term use, ensuring each dwelling contributes to a cohesive residential environment that supports both workforce and community needs.
Beyond the built form, the project is driven by its broader impact. By enabling a non-FIFO workforce, the development supports economic growth, strengthens local industry and fosters a more stable and engaged community. The result is a project that extends beyond housing, positioning itself as a key piece of infrastructure within Karratha’s ongoing development.
