Located in East Victoria Park, this development forms part of the East & Co precinct, delivering a collection of contemporary dwellings shaped by both context and collaboration. The design responds to the area’s utilitarian character, adopting a robust material palette while introducing a refined, modern architectural expression.

The project is driven by a focus on occupant experience, with each dwelling designed to enhance how spaces are used and navigated. Efficient planning minimises wasted space, while integrated elements such as multi-functional joinery and reimagined circulation zones introduce flexibility and adaptability within the home. A strong emphasis is placed on customisation, allowing each residence to support a range of living arrangements and personal use over time.

Orientation and environmental response play a key role in shaping the built form. Deep setbacks, articulated facades and considered shading strategies mitigate western sun exposure, while framing views and creating depth across the streetscape. The result is a development that balances functionality, identity and context, delivering a contemporary residential outcome grounded in both place and performance.
