Sited within an established leafy street of Shenton Park, Hilda Street residence was intentionally designed to be discrete from the street in response to the existing streetscape character. The project however includes generous floorplates and amenity which provide a seamless outdoor-indoor living arrangement. The concentric arrangement of the ground floor provides a distinct connection between the living zones and the northerly orientated outdoor entertaining areas. An important part of this brief was to provide an uninterrupted outlook to the pool area for surveillance. Wrapping the home around the garden area also meant every room on the ground and first floor had a positive outlook.
