We can provide you with our design review service which allows you to share your design brief and existing drawings and we can provide you with our design opinion and recommendations. We are here to get you on the right track.

Q&A

  • Our design fee's will vary depending on the area of assessment. For example, if you would like us to review your home which is between 0-100m2 a fee of $1200 will be charged for the floorplan design. If your home is between 150-200m2 the fee for our service is $2200. These fees are inclusive of GST.

  • Once we have had our phone call and received your design brief, floorplans and other relevant documentation, it typically takes up to 2 weeks to produce your draft floorplan.

    Once we receive feedback on the draft floorplan, we aim to deliver your final layout with 1 week.

  • You may be lucky enough to have access to online real-estate plans, otherwise we are happy to provide you with a site-measure. We may need to spend a few hours to note down the critical dimensions of your home before starting the Design Review process.

  • The drawings we provide you are not suitable for construction. Our Design Review service provides you with a general layout of your home. If you require drawings for construction you may need to consult a draftsmen or Architect to provide you with this service.

  • In order to keep the cost of this service low, we do not provide face-to-face meetings. Aside from our initial phone call, we encourage you to liaise with us via email. This ensures all information including your design brief, project requirements, feedback etc. is captured in writing. It is essential we don't miss or misunderstand anything to ensure a smooth process and efficient service.

  • Our Design Review service is for clients who have existing floorplans and require a peer-review. If you need a floorplan designed from scratch, we encourage you to book a call with us to discuss your project. We can offer you a full or partial service package depending on your requirements.
